The Firm collects your Personal Data, whether provided in writing, orally, or by any other means, since the time You (a) have contacted the Firm, (b) have requested the services of the Firm, (c) provided goods or services to the Firm, whether for its own benefit or for the benefit of the members or clients of the Firm, or (d) have applied to become a member, partner, associate, or employee of the Firm, whether or not expressly requested by the Firm.

What are the purposes of your Personal Data?
When You (a) contact the Firm, (b) visit the Firm’s offices, (c) request the Firm’s services, and/or (d) provide goods or services to the Firm, your Personal Data is used to:
a. Confirm your identity
b. Provide the requested service(s).
c. Contact You regarding (i) the service(s) requested from the Firm; (ii) respond to any questions You may have; (iii) Express our opinion or comment on any trend or issue of public interest; and/or (iv) share with You public information on economic, financial, legal, corporate, business, or technological matters, whether transmitted, communicated or forecast by the Firm or provided to or obtained by the Firm from a third party.
d. Send account statements, tax receipts, and carry out collection procedures.

f. Solicit, contract and/or make payments for products or services on your behalf.

In any of the abovementioned cases, the Firm will not modify, disclose, or transfer your Personal Data in any way, except in the following situations: (a) to provide the requested service(s), (b) to contract, in your name and/or on your behalf, products or services from third parties authorized by You, (c) when required by law, (d) for promotion and marketing activities, or (e) for other purposes expressly authorized by You in writing.

When you contact the Firm in order to become a member, partner, associate or employee, whether previously requested by the Firm or not, your Personal Data will be used to:

In the abovementioned cases, the Firm will not modify, disclose or transfer your Personal Data in any way, except in the following situations: (a) to provide the Firm’s services, (b) when required by law, or (c) for the other purposes expressly permitted by You in writing.
How do we process and protect your Personal Data?
Your Personal Data may be transferred, stored, and processed in Mexico or abroad when necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Notice.
Your Personal Data is safeguarded through appropriate administrative, technical, and physical security measures, whether stored in electronic, optical, or physical formats. Such data may be processed or stored directly by the Firm or through third-party service providers authorized by the Firm to provide technological infrastructure, cloud storage, document-management systems, archive-management services, or artificial-intelligence and other automated tools that assist in providing legal, administrative, or analytical services. These providers and tools operate solely under the Firm’s supervision and instructions, subject to strict confidentiality, security, and data-protection obligations. The Firm ensures that all Personal Data remains protected at all times and is not used for any purpose other than those established in this Privacy Notice.
How can you exercise your ARCO Rights?
You have the right to access, rectify, cancel and object to the processing of your Personal Data (the “ARCO Rights”). You may also limit or revoke your consent for its use.

The Firm will acknowledge receipt of your request and respond within the legally established timeframe, informing you of the outcome through the same means by which the request was submitted.
How is this Privacy Notice updated?
The Firm has and reserves the right to make modifications or updates to this Privacy Notice at any time, either due to new legal requirements or to meet our own needs. These modifications or updates will be available through the Firm’s website and will be enforced after 7 (seven) business days following its publication.
